"Yes Camp"

The Youth Energy Seminar (YES Camp) is a camp that is designed to help the participants gain a better understanding of utilities, energy prices and the rural electric program. Participants will develop leadership skills necessary to help them handle the challenges of the future.

YES Camp has been held annually at Boreal Ridge Ski Resort in CA since 1982. The 2008 camp was held between July 14th - 18th.

This camp is open to High School Juniors who live within Overton Power District's (District) service territory.

** Overton Power selects one participant from Moapa Valley and one participant from Virgin Valley to attend the National DC Youth Tour.**
